Vivian Hirshaut, MD

Vivian Hirshaut, M.D. is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has been working at Apple of Your Eyes Optical for many years. She received her M.D. degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Hirshaut did her medical internship at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City and returned to Montefiore Medical Center of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine where she did her ophthalmology residency. She is a Diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Ophthalmology. She currently has academic appointments at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Mount Sinai Medical Center.

In her spare time, Vivian enjoys being a grandmother to her two grand-daughters living in New Rochelle, reading, traveling with her husband, and knitting.
